In partnership with Animal Planet and the National Wildlife Federation, Discovery Education presents BACKYARD HABITAT--a program that teaches students about the wildlife in their backyards and encourages them to make the world "a better place for animals, one backyard at a time." Hosts Molly and Dave help restore some of the southern California habitat lost to native species, the pallid bat and western alligator lizard.
