Investigates a giant asteroid impact that may have wiped out the Dinosaurs sixty-five million years ago. The program examines layers of rock in Montana, cenotes in the Yucatan peninsula, and ocean floor topography in the Caribbean Sea to determine the location of impact. Computer modeling allows scientists to calculate the force of the impact and find other potentially harmful asteroids that still exist in space.
